Alberto L. Pierini, President received his medical degree from the University of Cordoba in Argentina, then went on to receive a Venezuelan medical degree as well. He then traveled to Caracas to complete post-graduate work in general surgery, maxillofacial and reconstructive plastic surgery. Subsequently, Dr. Pierini was a fellow at The University of Miami, Duke University, Emory University, Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine and finally the University of Vienna in Austria. After returning to Caracas, he worked in the plastic surgery department of the Miguel Perez Carreno Hospitalas.

Dr. Pierini has been affiliated with the Medical School of the Federal Territory of the Amazon, Medical School of the State of Miranda, Medical School of Federal District, Venezuelan Medical Federation, Institute of Social Prevision for Medics, Venezuelan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Latin American and Iberian Federation of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (section of the International confederation for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) and the Venezuelan Association on Craniofacial Anomalies. Dr. Pierini has also performed many procedures on national and international celebrities including members of the European royalty, numerous winners of beauty pageants such as Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Venezuela, Miss Aruba, Miss Curacao, Miss Brazil, Miss Puerto Rico, Miss Santo Domingo, models and national and international renowned artists.

Dr. Kim Le is a Board Eligible Cosmetic Surgeon and is formally fellowship-trained in Cosmetic Surgery with a specialization in body and face aesthetic surgery. Her expertise regarding topics such as medical spa, technological advances in the aesthetic industry, soft tissue injectables, mommy makeovers, breast implants, non- and minimally invasive procedures, and general medical correspondence.

A native Texan, Dr. Le was born and raised in Houston, TX. She graduated from Friendswood High School where she participated in varsity cheerleading and track & field and then received her undergraduate education at the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA, graduating with Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Osteopathy with Honors with specification and interest in rural and global medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She was an active participant of the Texas Alpha Chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

After completing her residency training in General Surgery at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, she helped the underprivileged, rural areas by serving the Native American Tribes in Claremore, Oklahoma. She then moved from Oklahoma to New York City to pursue her special interest in aesthetic surgery after being selected for the highly competitive fellowship at New Look New Life Surgical Arts. During her fellowship, she benefited from the knowledge and expertise of many nationally known leaders in the field of aesthetic plastic & cosmetic surgery including Dr. Victoria Karlinsky, Dr. Claudia Kim, Dr. Brett Kotlus, Dr. Richard Westreich. Dr. Le acquired innovative techniques for cosmetic surgery of the face, nose, breast, and body.

After her fellowship, Dr. Le became an associate of a successfully acclaimed cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Victoria Karlinsky in Hollywood, FL. Dr. Karlinsky serves as the Program Director of American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship and remains one of the foremost, highly regarded “hands-on” clinical training programs of tomorrow’s cosmetic surgeons.

Dr. Le has an incredible eye, has a particular talent of reading the audience which further corresponds to enhancing the human body. She strives to bring out the best version of your natural self, both in non-surgical and/or surgical techniques.

Dr. Le, a first generation of Vietnamese immigrants, has many Asian patients and many patients of a variety of ethnicities. Here’s where cultural understanding comes into play, as well as a keen understanding of the differences from one group to another. It takes a deft hand to enhance features, enhance the face and body, and yet maintain what makes each ethnic group unique and special.

On a personal note
Dr. Le loves to travel and enjoy the cuisine of many countries. She also likes to visit new restaurants and recreate their main dishes at home. She is an avid participant of hot yoga. As a child, she studied and trained to be a classical pianist and vocalist until she decided to pursue a life in medicine.

Laura Ospina was born in Colombia. She is currently studying medicine at Florida International University and is planning to become a plastic surgeon, following the steps of our wonderful team of doctors at Pierini A Solution For Beauty. Monica Hernandez was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. She graduated from communications. At Pierini A Solution for Beauty she is in charge of facilitating every step of the surgical process for our patients. She will be with you from the first consultation to surgery and even after care. Always providing trust and exceeding our patient’s expectations.

Yaquelin pulls triple duty: she has served as a patient coordinator, esthetician and medical assistant with Pierini A Solution For Beauty since its opening, and now is proud to serve as a medical assistant with Pierini: A Solution For Beauty as well.

Having graduated as a medical assistant from Compu-Med Vocational Careers as well as her licensing as an esthetician from Beauty Schools of America, Yaquelin can be seen in a variety of roles at the Pierini Centers. From taking patients into and out of surgery to performing SilkPeel® dermalinfusion microdermabrasion treatments on those simply looking for a non-surgical youthful glow, she’s always thrilled to help Pierini patients achieve their cosmetic goals. Angelica Pierini was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with a Business Administration Degree, having a dual major in International Business and Marketing. She focuses on developing all marketing efforts for both surgery centers, from in-house marketing to advertisements (print, radio and TV). She also handles the management of the Broward
location on a daily basis, working with her team on everything from customer service to financial statements of the company.

Angel has spent nearly a decade building the Pierini Centers with his father, world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Alberto Pierini, and sister Angelica Pierini, carrying on a long and reputable family history in the cosmetic and plastic surgery industry extending back to his grandfather, also a plastic surgeon. Having grown up in the industry, Angel has a lifetime of knowledge and experience that has helped him open the second Pierini location, as well as grow the original office from a 2,600 square foot location to more than 14,000 square feet to date.

Jessica Graells has been working with Pierini A Solution For Beauty since 2010 and continues to grow her responsibilities with both plastic surgery and medspa locations. On a daily basis, patients will find Jessica working on Pierini A Solution For Beauty’s many accounting activities, as well as diving into the management of daily operations. Truly, no job is too big or too small!

Jessica graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has a Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Health Services Administration

Solange Rivas was born in Nicaragua. As a professional esthetician, she specializes in skin care as well as being a makeup artist. She makes sure everyone of her patient look and feel radiant after any treatment (facial, silk peel, skin consult or body wrap). Her mission at Pierini is to make sure our patients not only look better but feel amazing as well.

Perla Chiriboga was born in Ecuador. She serves in Pierini a Solution for Beauty, as a Receptionist and Patient Coordinator. She is responsible for greeting and registering patients at the facility, she will also help you with the check-out process and coordinate appointments or providing information on all types of treatments we offer at the Broward location, if you decide to have surgery, she will make sure the process is a great experience for you. Coordinating to the utmost detail, always with the best smile and kindness towards patients.

Liane M. Lindo is a Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Florida for more than 15 years. With double Bachelor’s degrees in Science, a Bachelor’s in Science from Florida International University (FIU), and a Bachelor’s in Science, with a dual Master’s Degree in Medical Science, from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). Her instincts lead her to select all 3 rotational electives during her studies as a Physician Assistant, in Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics.

Liane started her career in Spine Surgery, and later specialized in Aesthetic Medicine & Cosmetic Surgery in 2007. Then 10 years later, she excitedly delved into the field of Plastic Surgery. She expanded her repertoire in 2017, when her natural abilities allowed her to learn quickly, and in the Plastic Surgery field, as she also did in the field of Aesthetic & Cosmetic Surgery for years. Now at Pierini A Solution for Beauty, her journey has allowed her to unite both her love of Aesthetic Medicine & Plastic Surgery.
